I can tell you my hourly fee over the phone, but that is not the answer you need. After all, you probably don't want to hire me for 5 hours. You want to hire me to find something out, or solve your problem.

And only after talking to you will I have a good understanding of what it will require to help you out, and get you the answers you need.

Maybe I can get you an answer in 2 hours, or maybe I need a team to stake out a busy location overnight.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Sorry, no. Unfortunately, I have to give people bad news all the time, about a cheating spouse, or criminal activity that you probably don't want to hear. And sometimes even after pounding the pavement, and getting every scrap of information that exists, people still aren't satisfied with the answers.

So, my time is valuable. If I don't give you a guarantee up front of a particular result, then there is no refund. That's that.

Sometimes, however, I can over a credit for additional services, on a case by case basis.
