Mark W. Chauppetta, President

Mark W. Chauppetta is a prominent and highly sought after investigator known for his tireless work ethic and relentless effort. He performs private investigations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and across New England. Cheating husband investigations is one of his specialties.

He has appeared on Howard Stern, and been profiled and consulted for countless magazines and media outlets, including the Boston Globe, Boston Magazine, the Boston Phoenix, and been featured on the CW (formerly WB56) and Springfield MA CBS affiliate in cheating spouse news pieces.

He is also a sometimes MMA fighter (now retired), and is constantly working for his charities in the fight for a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

He is also available for public speaking engagements.

Mark (also known as Mark Chauppette) is the owner and President of On the Mark Investigative Services, Inc. formally owner of MWC Investigations, Inc. He has been a professional investigator for over 20 years. Mark started his career at 18 years of age working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Corrections as a guard. In 1992, he decided to move forward in his career and embark on a career as a private detective.

While under the tutelage of Douglas Florence and Jeffrey Perry, Special Sheriff of Barnstable County, he also served warrants for the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department to make ends meet. In 1995, Mark successfully obtained his license from the Massachusetts Department of State Police opening up shop in Brockton, Ma. Since then Mark W. Chauppetta has become one of the most well-respected investigators in the state, specializing in all areas of investigative and security industry. Mark ran a campaign for Massachusetts State Representative in 2004. He has occasionally hosted his own radio show in Brockton and on the internet.

Scott Derby began his career with the US Air Force in 1989. Since then he has performed varied duties in law enforcement, physical security and anti-terrorism. Eric Lundberg, Computer Forensics Consultant

The founder of Byte Recovery Solutions (B.R.S. Eric Lundberg) was the first in the State of Massachusetts to be appointed and titled “Computer Crimes and Forensics Specialist”. Eric is considered as being one of the first pioneers in the country to recognize the need for computer forensic related services. Serving 16 years in Law Enforcement as a police investigator/detective, he has helped pave the way for law enforcement since the early 90’s, by training more than 5000 students nationwide in all facets of computer crime investigations and computer forensics. Part of these trainings include the Massachusetts State Police, Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office, District Attorney Offices, and many layers of the Federal Government. This includes expert testimony courtroom experience. Eric has participated in the formation of the State of Massachusetts first High Tech Crime Unit, and again another southern Massachusetts Task Force called REACCT (Regional Electronic and Computer Crimes Task Force). B.R.S. has ‘In the Trench” experience. Over the course of 7 years, Eric has performed over 14,000 hours of hands on investigations and computer forensics for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
